Pre-orders rules & regulations:

1. Full payment required to lock your order. Once you have made payment, the seller will inform you by email/WhatsApp to reconfirm your order and to let you know the date of posting of goods. To be fair, the buyer has a 48 hours cooling-off period to request a full refund starting from the time of your payment made, in case you wish to cancel the order. Thereafter, a penalty of RM100 per item was imposed if you decided to cancel the order after the said 48 hours. The remaining amount shall be refunded to the buyer.

2. The price stated by the seller shall be fixed and not increasable. There will be no price change during the whole process. However, due to the products following market price fluctuation in nature, in the event the market price is higher than your payment, the transaction shall be cancelled by the seller, and you will receive a full refund. Please note that there will be no additional fees incurred by either party.
